Presented by the Office of Diversity and Equity (ODE), this interactive three (3) hour sexual harassment training will introduce you to the two types of sexual harassment, how you can prevent sexual harassment in the workplace, what to do if you encounter sexual harassment in the workplace, and what is the DCF’s policy regarding sexual harassment in the workplace. This interactive training will also reinforce your understanding of the importance of embracing and respecting diversity among your peers and clients. This training is mandatory for all non-managerial and all non-supervisory staff in order for the DCF to fulfill its obligation to the Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities (CHRO).
